Hi, Nikita,

I'm new here but have been reading the posts for a little while. (Hi,

everyone!) I just wanted to caution you to see if you can make certain that

your ayurvedic remedies were made in the U.S. The reason for this is it was

discovered about a year ago, that many of the ayurvedic formulas made in

India and Pakistan (they examined only ones sold in the Boston area) are

rife with added mercury, lead, and arsenic, which are used as part of the

formulation process.

Here's a link about it:

Of course, arsenic is a poison, and mercury and lead can cause thyroid

toxicity and even GIVE someone Hashi's, so that is why to be careful of the

origins of the formula. Ayurvedic is very good, as long as the source is

good! I use ashwagandha and I really like it. It seems to help me stay on an

even keel.

Take care, Nikita, nice to meet you!

Best,

Cherwyn
