Guest guest
Hi there, what is your name? Welcome to our group. You've come to the right place for sure. This group is all about " natural healing " with nutrients from good whole foods and natural supplements, etc. One of our own moderators can tell you her experience with body odors, and hers I believe was maybe even worse than yours - if there could be such a thing. She is still on the candida program, but doesn't have the body odors she used to at all! It's amazing how important good foods are to the body. The first thing to do is to read the article send to you when you joined called " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " . It will help you understand why bad foods, the lack of nutrients, and taking of antibiotics has ruined your health. It also gives you the diet, which is most important towards getting well, and supplements, which will build up your immune system to where it should be. After you've read that article carefully, go to the Candida Diet Folder (in the files on the left side-bar) where you will find some handy lists you can use while you are changing over your diet. Also read " How to Get Started " which is in a folder near the top of the files. Once you've read and understood what it takes to get well, please get back to us with any questions. We are here to help you get through this. It may take a lot of hard work, and changing your diet totally but you've got your whole future to look forward to. A future where you will be enjoying life with good health and smelling sweet as a rose. Believe me, it works. Food is medicine. Bee > > Can anyone help me please, I'm 18, and I have body odour, it doesn't smell like normal b.o though. I think its there all the time. I know that its nothing to do with personal hygiene as I wash non stop, almost too much because people say I smell. This is ruining my life. Someone on another forum posted this message a while back and suggest I come here. > > I used to have this horrible body odor. It was bad when your boss > says something to you. I smelled like rotting garbage or something > dead. No matter how many showers I took. My feet smelled horrid as > well and I would have to throw shoes out. Sometimes I would smell > like cat urine! > > " I finally found out I had candida from many years of antibiotic use and also too much sugar and bad carbohydrates. I went on an anti- > candida diet and it all cleared up. There is a group at > groups (DOT) It is worth it to just join so you can gointo the files to see their diet. The group believes in being able to cure yourself with changes in diet.
Guest guest
Hello my name is Kate, is the smell actually due to candida? I know that I'm very very clean, people have described it as a fecal odour. It really is so depressing, I had to leave college because of it, because my own tutor was joking to all the other students how bad I must have smelt. When I go for a walk people have laughed in my face. People has suggested to me to do things like a colon cleanses, but I don't want to do this, as I don't know what would happen. One woman told me to take zinc tablets as body odour is a lack of zinc in the body. I have just started doing this, she said I had leaky gut . The odour started at 13, I went to the doctor who looked at me as if I was mad, and didn't help. I still live with my family, and If i ask them if I smell none of them will be honest with me. I want to get a job, but not if I stink. Even my friends say stuff, but will not confront me. I wash and wash, so I have came to the conclusion that it has nothing to do with hygiene. It is seriously ruining my life, my family think I'm scared of people because I don't like being around people any more because I know that I will be offensive to them. Sorry for the above moan, its just annoying me so much. Its holding back what I want to do. I read the things you said, I actually like most of the foods in the allowed list. Other people have said eating alot of proteins for body odour can make it worse. Also when I eat eggs I find it makes it worse too sometimes. I honestly haven't tried lots of vegetables, but I will do anything to be normal again. Why is the fruit list so low, can you not eat things like pineapple. I also drink alot of the ribena drink, I will have to cut that out won't I? In general I don't really eat alot anyway, I can happily eat 1 meal a day sometimes. I do eat alot of wheat based products, like cereal, and things like that. Is that bad too? I don't like processed foods at all, I try to make most meals. I sometimes think I'm going made though, because sometimes I think I don't stink, when I know I do. I try to pretend its not there, but it effects eveything. How bad was this lady's odour that you mentioned? How long did it take to cure or eliminate? How can candida make someone have body odour, I don't understand? Thanks

I'm sorry to hear what you are going through and it does sound like candida to me. You can start by getting on the diet which I'm sure will help you. You can also use tea trea oil soap, which you can usually find at your health food store. This helps a lot for me. Also you can try using coconut oil as a moisturizer. You've come to the right place for help! Dive into the files, specifically the " Curing Candida " file for the basic information on this program. Hope that helps.. Guest guest
Kate wrote: > Hello my name is Kate, is the smell actually due to candida? ==>Yes, the smell is caused by poor digestion which is caused by candida overgrowth which is mainly going on in the digestive tract. ==>My heart goes out to you Kate. However, the cleanest people in the world cannot smell good if they have candida overgrowth. I do understand how serious it is! I had something similar, but it was caused by major overgrowth in my female area - I smelled like rotten eggs all of the time, and I had it for over 25 years. I could walk along and smell myself even after having a shower. It was horrid. I didn't find out I had something that could be treated until my doctor called me about candida. It took me 2 1/2 years to cure it, but the program was tough. ==>I do not recommend cleanses because many people don't do well on them and they can overload the system too suddenly with high levels of toxins. It is better to start on the diet and supplements first, which starts building up your immune system and gives your body the nutrients it needs to start healing. > One woman told me to take zinc tablets as body odour is a lack of zinc in the body. I have just started doing this, she said I had leaky gut. ==>Your body only needs zinc in trace amounts which you will get by taking the lemon and ocean sea salt drink I recommended in my main article (the juice of 1/2 lemon and 1/4 teaspoon of a good ocean sea salt in 6 ounces of clean filtered water 6 times a day; 3 with meals to aid digestion). ==>Kate, there are no quick fixes. That's what doctors do, and their treatments only suppress symptoms and do not treat the cause. >The odour started at 13, I went to the doctor who looked at me as if I was mad, and didn't help. I still live with my family, and If i ask them if I smell none of them will be honest with me. I want to get a > job, but not if I stink. Even my friends say stuff, but will not > confront me. Other people have said eating alot of proteins for body odour can make it worse. Also when I eat eggs I find it makes it > worse too sometimes. ==>It is not true that proteins make body odour worse, and eggs are the very best food you can eat. You cannot stop the odor with some magic substance or by making minor changes. You need to get all of the nutrients your body requires so it can overcome the candida and keep it in check like it is supposed to. Even though it may appear that some foods make it worse, eat them anyway, because getting rid of the odor takes time. ==>Read the articles in the Digestion Folder, and check your stomach acid levels. Having enough stomach acid is the most important thing that will start getting your digestion working correctly. You might need extra digestive enzymes in addition to eating sauerkraut or kimchee with each meal to aid digestion, along with the good saturated fats and proteins which also increase stomach acid and help digestion. The very easiest foods for your body to digest are meats, eggs and good saturated fats. Veggies are important too, but not as much as meats, eggs and fats - start by making the raw egg drink in our Recipe Folder - all ingredients can be adjusted. > I honestly haven't tried lots of vegetables, but I will do anything to be normal again. Why is the fruit list so low,> can you not eat things like pineapple. I also drink alot of the ribena drink, I will have to cut that out won't I? ==>I don't know what ribena drink is, but if it is processed or sweet or contains fruit, Yes you will have to stop having it. Kate, my dear, if you read my article you would know why fruit is not good to have - it contains fructose which is sugar, which feeds the candida. You don't need " lots " of veggies, but do eat the recommended amounts of meats, eggs and good saturated fats - see the Candida Diet Folder for recommended ratios of proteins to fats to carbs (any foods that are not considered proteins or fats). > In general I don't really eat alot anyway, I can happily eat 1 meal a day sometimes. I do eat alot of wheat based products, like cereal, and things like that. Is that bad too? I don't like processed foods at all, I try to make most meals. ==>Yes, you must eliminate all grains, nuts, seeds and legumes. Cereal is probably causing you the most problems. We have a fabulous recipe file however. > > I sometimes think I'm going mad though, because sometimes I think I > don't stink, when I know I do. I try to pretend its not there, but it effects eveything. How bad was this lady's odour that you mentioned? ==>Extremely bad, like yours she smelled of feces all of the time. > How long did it take to cure or eliminate? How can candida make > someone have body odour, I don't understand? Thanks ==>Bad odors are mainly caused by poor digestion. Candida overgrowth interferes with digestion, and puts out over 79 toxins, most of which are alcohol, which also damages the walls of the intestines, in addition to the candida burrowing it's long feet into the intestinal walls. ==>It takes one month of natural healing (starting when you are completely following the diet & supplements) for every year you've been sick. For most of us that is starting at birth. ==>Do start on liquid chlorophyll right away. It really helps with body odors, and it is not very expensive. I buy Chloro-Fresh at the health store. Also like I said start on the raw egg drink, and ensure you are starting on coconut oil along with meats, eggs and veggies. See the " How to Get Started " folder too. Hang in there Kate. If you are persistent enough you can overcome this and not have horrible body odors. But it does take hard work and patience. The body heals in its own time and how it decides. You can't force natural healing. Keep in touch. We're here to help you get through this! It's onward and upward my friend! Guest guest
Hi I'm and I've just joined the group and am about to start the diet. I have the EXACT same symptoms as Kate. My fecal body odour started when I was 14 and I am now 24. It should take 1 month for every year you have had the problem so for me it should take approx. 10 months? Will my odor problem gradually get better or after 10 months will I start to see an improvement? I organic is best but is it imperitive that I only eat organic vegetables? Will it affect the candida elimination? Organic food is double the price of normal food and will be quite expensive. What about the pots? I have deflon and stainless steel pots, will I had to buy new pots right away for the candida cleanse to start working? Also do I drink pau de arco tea or do I use it only for enemas or both? Do you know anything about p/b shakes (psyllium + benonite) benonite sucks toxins out, psyllium grabs the candida and pulls it out. Is this something I should also be doing? Thanks! > > > Hello my name is Kate, is the smell actually due to candida? > > ==>Yes, the smell is caused by poor digestion which is caused by > candida overgrowth which is mainly going on in the digestive tract. > > > I know that I'm very very clean, people have described it as a > fecal odour. Welcome to our group. > > It should take 1 month for every year you have had the problem so > for me it should take approx. 10 months? Most people nowadays have had candida since before birth because they acquired it before they are born. You would have had to be perfectly healthy prior to the fecal odour, i.e. no colds, flus, ear infections, stomach aches, headaches, etc. - no treatments with antibiotics when you were young, etc., etc. Besides this program is a natural healing program which will help your body re-trace all previous symptoms, illnesses, diseases, malfunctions and injuries and heal them the way nature intends. That's way I set up my website: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com > > Is organic is best but is it imperitive that I only eat organic > vegetables? Will it affect the candida elimination? Organic food is > double the price of normal food and will be quite expensive. ==>Organic or certified organic food can cost more, but because this program includes high saturated fats from Mother nature, you will be more satisfied with less food. This because fats are the very best source of energy for the body as opposed to carbs. Carbs just make you crave more of them. Meats, eggs and good fats are the very easiest foods for the body to digest as well compared to carbs. ==>However, if you can't afford them it is still better to eat regular meats, eggs and veggies, that is " if " they are not irradiated which destroys enzymes and nutrients and cause them to damage the body. Check your state/province for laws about which foods are being irradiated. In the U.S. vegetables and some meats are being irradiated but check out details for your State. > > What about the pots? I have deflon and stainless steel pots, will I > had to buy new pots right away for the candida cleanse to start > working? ==>Your stainless steel pots may be okay, but do not use your deflon ones. See these articles: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/recipes/menu2.php ==>Candida cleanse? I do not recommend a candida cleanse product, but my entire diet and supplements cleanse the body naturally, mainly because of the high saturated fats, and I also recommend enemas. > > Also do I drink pau de arco tea or do I use it only for enemas or > both? ==>You can use it for both. > > Do you know anything about p/b shakes (psyllium + benonite) benonite sucks toxins out, psyllium grabs the candida and pulls it out. Is this something I should also be doing? ==>No, I do not recommend them; see these articles: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu2_6.php The best in health, Bee P.S. , would you please trim your messages - how to do it and why was posted as a separate message today.
