Me too! I have flourescent lights in my kitchen that I never turn on

and would love to replace them with full spectrum. Flourescent

lights suck vitamins out of people - I believe it is mostly vitamin

A.

I'm sure there are many plants that will not affect you. If you have

problems with the soil you can always get a bamboo plant (I have

three) or get those that live in water (hydrophonic ??).

You have a dog and two cats? Wow, that's great. I've heard how

healing animals can be for us humans. And they are great company. I

love animals too but I have to enjoy them at my daughter's house.

Hugs,

Bee
