Hi Ladies,

I found another brand-new article to post if I can just locate it, and not have to re-type it, with even more current information. If I cannot locate it to copy, then I will re-type it in the next few days.

I still cannot sit for long periods of time, and cannot type with right leg propped up!!!

PS - For all I've promised to mail books & articles, etc to in the past few months, I hope to get caught up by the end of January. I NEVER anticipated this recent surgery to keep me 'down' for 2-months! Sorry!
