forgot to add the most important part to my email yesterday! I guess I just got

sidetracked and sent it just a wee bit too soon and before I tied up the loose

ends.

I related my

experiences to you (following the numbered steps) to let you know what I

encountered (hospital, etc.) and how it was handled. You will hear lots of

accounts from everyone, and from them, you can glean information you might want

to discuss with your doctor to see if there are options that would also benefit

you.

If you spend any

time on this site, you’ll quickly learn that the forum folks are

knowledgeable, helpful, and offer some great suggestions. When you do your

research, determine what doctor you want to go with and become familiar (and

comfortable) with his surgical plan for you, you’ll go into your surgery

a lot more confident than you’re probably feeling right now.

I did, and I

want that for you, too. Also wanted to assure you that good things are ahead

for you even though it seems awfully scary now.
