Hi everyone,

Here's some basic information about healing through reflexology and

deep muscle therapy:

Reflexology and deep muscle therapy requires kneading and

manipulation which increases the circulation of blood, which, of

course, carries oxygen and other nutrients to the internal organs and

lymph (which cleanses and carries away the cells' wastes).

Reflexology and deep muscle therapy can actually increase the

strength of weak muscles and is very effective in loosening tight,

contracted muscles and in toning weak, flaccid ones. It can also

improve muscle flexibility by stretching hardened, connective tissue

that hinders free movement and by relieving joint pain and swelling.

Because of the therapy's stimulating action, it even increases the

secretions and excretions of the glands which, in turn, speed up the

body cells' metabolic rate and even enhance the condition of the skin.

These forms of therapy are the most effective and in-expensive anti-

stress therapies available. Because of its effectiveness in

dispersing tension throughout the body it provides a good

psychological and emotional effect. When chronic tension is released

from deep within the body, poorly functioning organs, muscles and

joints begin working properly again, making a person feel relaxed

and " free " or " opened up " or even lighter, as though a " load " had

been lifted.

Regularity of treatment is important because the effects are

cumulative.

Cheers,

Bee
