I'm posting the link below so for those of you who want to check it out can do so. This diet is good but I don't think its for me. I'm on it for a week then I just give in to my cravings the next. I've learnt so much from this group though and knowing me i will probably keep trying the diet but im just looking for alternative treatments that offer quicker relief from my Candida symptons. I know quicker is not always better but im 22 and impatient.
