I have stayed in good health for most of these 5 years except the last year which I suspect is Candida. I have been eating the 24 hour home made fermented yogourt for the past 5 years with no problem except the last year. My system still seems sensitive after been doing something about the Candida... but not always. Sometimes I'll eat the yogourt and have a calming healing effect but other times I get terribly bloated which I understand is fighting off the bad bacteria in my gut.
