Yogourt... help!

Hi, I have Crohn's disease and have been on the SCD diet for the past

5 years. I have stayed in good health for most of these 5 years

except the last year which I suspect is Candida. I have been eating

the 24 hour home made fermented yogourt for the past 5 years with no

problem except the last year. My system still seems sensitive after

been doing something about the Candida... but not always. Sometimes

I'll eat the yogourt and have a calming healing effect but other times

I get terribly bloated which I understand is fighting off the bad

bacteria in my gut. So, my question is should I avoid the yogourt or

have it occassionally??? Please help. Thanks Kerri, Montreal, Qc
