Wanted to share regards muciod matter. I have done many cleanses and started

a week ago trying abc max from aerobic company. Taking a heaping tbs and a

huge glass of warm lemon water every night, is working! After the first dose the

next morning I got out a " rope " of muciod matter, I am not fasting and not

doing a heavy duty cleanse diet, just tbs and hot lemon water and there hasn't

been a day that some mucoid stuff hasn't come out. I feel really impressed and

wanted to share, like many others I have a really hard time fasting and

finding anything that helps. Bought the product from the Vitamin Shoppe

Helps to have the correct name, got it from the Vitamin Shoppe, and did a

search.

Thanks for the info. A couple of questions: What size product to order? What

is lemon water? Probably dumb questions but I get confused. The company

Vitamin Shoppe doesn't give descriptions of this product, so how did you

What's the stuff called? I tried the link but there was this ad for

Relora.

Which of their products gets out the mucoid plaque?

I wrote last week that abc max from aerobic life was actually working, very

sorry if I failed with greater details. (my little ones starting crying:) Like

a lot of us I go round and round in circles trying to figure what to do about

my chronic fatigue and parasite/ candida issue. Happened across a web site on

Was very suprised when the night before I took a heaping tbs of the abc max

and had cut up a lemon poured in boiling water, when cooled enough, drank it

down with the fiber. Im not sure if the lemon water helped or not, didn't want

to leave it out in case it was part of the success. Again, haven't been able

to fast or do any wonderful cleansing diet.

I was so excited that something actually worked I wanted to tell someone!!

Reread my previous post and it was vague, sorry about that hoping someday to

get my brain functioning correctly:)
