I am not the one to give advice on colonics since I have never personally

had one. There are quite a few people on the list who use colonics. I have

a colema board and use it with a five gallon bucket.

X/X/X/X/X/X/XKARMA: WHEN YOU do a colema, you are doing colonics. Going to

a professional, you simply have more sophisticated equipment, and the help of

another person. The concept is the same: Constant flowing water going into

the entire colon and releasing old stuck " stuff " . The water is allowed to

leave the body when one feels the urge to release. (And I have had an

absolute life change with the colonics, and would do them at home if I felt I

would be successful. The equipment seems a little cumbersom for me, is all.
