This group is great for information relating to almost everything

except your personal stories. Before joining this group I was a

member of a benzo recovery group. In there we each had our own blog

where we daily entered how we were feeling. Others would read our

blog and comment or encourage. I really miss something like that

here. I have all the nutritional data anyone can use. But I don't

know what anyone is experiencing and if what I am experiencing is

normal or some other medical problem. Since most of the post are

related to more data, I feel the need for this personal support.

I posted this morning about feeling like I am getting worse. Tonight

after dinner, I started to feel so sick. I was getting bloated,

started to feel a bit sick to my stomach, got a headache, and felt

uncomfortable in the mid section. I don't understand why I am getting

such terrible digestion problems all of a sudden. I ate so very

little, but I did have a tiny bit of gravy on top of my turkey, and

some corn in a cream sauce. Could this be the reason for all this

problem? I also was getting pinchy pains around the front. I just

feel like going to bed and pulling the covers up over my head. Sorry

to be such a baby, but after being sick four years from being on a

benzo drug Klonopin, which my dr. prescribed, then recouping from

that for two years, only to learn I had Candida. And now going

through this. I am at my wits end. So please forgive me if I am

whiney here. Any support you could give me by personal story of your

tough times would be great. Also, just recently I started having

trouble with my hiatal hernia. Boy can that make you sick and

uncomfortable. My Chiropractor has been able to adjust that for me,

and that always brings relief. Thanks again.

Hi everyone,

my doctor called the other day to let me know some test results. The genotype is 1b, platelets are down even lower, and blood test for tumor marker is slightly elevated. I see her again on Jan. 26 after the ultrasound and hopefully the endoscopy if I can get it in. These are very crazy weeks. Meanwhile my daughter is scheduled for endo/colonoscopy Jan 11 to figure out why she's bleeding internally. This is a huge stress for us (and her of course) as she's nonverbal and can be very difficult...cute! but difficult. And hubby will be gone alot after Xmas (he's our designated driver) ....he's a boat captain and his bosses like to take trips to the Bahamas this time of year. I am so sick it is almost impossible for me to take care of by myself. I do have some help in the AMs but.....you know what??? I'm not gonna stress over next month right now.
