My job loss was due to budgetory cuts and not anything to do with the surgery. I knew that the possibility of this would come up sometime in March, but I just wasn't prepared for it this soon. Our company was bought out by Siemens Health last year and there has been problems with merging of the two groups in certain depts. I will survive, it just makes it tough now, with surgery on the horizon, to look for another. But I am calm and I do believe that when one door closes, another soon opens. Joyce, it looks like I will just miss you in St. Louis. I am coming in Thurs. the 26th and leaving on the 30th. I am sorry, but I will be thinking of you. Kam, I guess I will see you in the hospital that weekend as I will just be passing the time until Monday's round of appts. I will be more than happy to walk the halls with you!
