Guest guest Posted December 13, 2001 Report Share Posted December 13, 2001 Hi all, Today I increased to 8 Primal Defense pills and I got alot of dark green stools with hemrroids. It was very painful, but now has stopped. The acne is still bad, but much better than before. I hope those were cleansing reactions.
