Wow, Heidi!! Sounds awful!! But I now what you mean about stuff hanging

around the stomach for hours and hours. I am eating only a fraction of what

I used to eat because I can't seem to " cure " the constipation and don't feel

like adding any more to the load.

I have been drinking TONS of water and taking antioxidants like Vitamin C

and Vitamin E. When I did the Awareness product parasite cleanse, I felt

really toxic and my massage therapist had suggested some product that

flushed the toxins out. It would really work, even on days when I was

nauseous, so I've been thinking of calling her and asking her what it was,

to refresh my memory so I could buy it again.

The people at the health store warned about cleansing crisis reactions to

the Primal Defense but said to just cut back on the dosage and not quit...

but only you know how you feel.

I'm sticking with it the full 90 days, I've only got 5 weeks to go.
