I use honey roasted cashews for a sugar fix and there is very little sugar. I use squash baked for a very long time, like an hour and a half for an acorn or butternut. It turns the sugars and they are very sweet. Sometimes I get one that does not taste sweet but most do. You can then add lots of butter or even some cinnamon and think you are cheating. I find that feeding my sugar craving with something FATTY does the trick. D
