Hi

I am new to this list and have been trying to deal with

hypothyroidism by my usual stubborn self. Final faced the fact that

maybe I could use some help and advise. My biggest problem is that

I work nights so keeping to a good dietary regime is definitely a

work in progress. With just the few posts I have received so far

gives hints that I may even be eating the wrong foods to control it.

Would like any pointers on ways to make my scales go down instead of

up and about vitamins that might help or hinder. Also what you all

have done for the body aches that seem to go with hypothyroidism.

Have some input on the brown rice; I have cooked it with my favorite

salsa to make a zingy Spanish rice but as I mention above not sure if

that would be an okay thing?
