Here in my house, we like things HOT. We've got dried jabenero

pepper in our cupboard that we've been known to use in place of black

pepper. :) We're going to be planning some buffalo wings in the

turkey fryer this weekend, and I'm looking for a wing sauce that I

can use. My absolute favorites come from a place called Buffal Wild

Wings. Their spicey garlic sauce is one of my favorites.

The one I used to make was said to be the original.

It consisted of equal parts butter and lemon juice, then as much of

a Louisiana or Cayenne hot sauce as you like. I used Texas Pete.

I realize the prepared hot sauces have vinegar so I would use finely

ground cayenne peppers sauteed in the melted butter..you might

have to adjust the amount of lemon juice absent the vinegar
