It consisted of equal parts butter and lemon juice, then as much of a Louisiana or Cayenne hot sauce as you like. I used Texas Pete. I realize the prepared hot sauces have vinegar so I would use finely ground cayenne peppers sauteed in the melted butter..you might have to adjust the amount of lemon juice absent the vinegar Marge Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
