Guest guest
hi marion so glad you are getting relief. whew! the soap may be more harmful to your tender parts than beneficial, depending on what kind you are using. most soaps are quite drying and irritating, in my case, even most natural soaps from the health store are too much for me. we had a discussion a while back about soap and debby mentioned tea tree oil liquid castille soap by dessert essence. you can find it at health food stores, some drug stores and trader joe's nationwide (trader joes has the best price i've seen). i have also used it since my first round with candida coming up on three years now. i love it, and the tea tree oil, although a very mild dose, does help stave off the yeast topically. i only use a bit on my face, underarms and tender areas below, as needed. the rest of my body i just let alone, aside from the water from the bath or shower, i don't soap it at all, unless i've actually gotten dirty somehow. hope you continue good results ~ suz > Thank you Bee!!! > The coconut oil works great for relieving the itch. Find a nice coconut oil soap that doesn't contain perfumes, etc. Hugs, Bee

I live in the Top End of the Northern Territory of Australia and we don't get all the great health products available to most people. In Darwin we have one health shop for a population of around 90,000 can you believe that. I will shop around though because, alas, WE HAVE THE INTERNET. I can't believe the great support offered from this group - its great! Thank you n
