Guest guest
Dear Julee, Your amazing story and letter have been such a help and it is so great to have those recommendations of the doctors. It's also just wonderful to feel the sympathy coming from you and to hear about your courage and tenacity in fighting through to this information that you have so generously shared. I looked back at some of your old posts and they make me ache thinking of how hard it is to fight your way through the disbelief of doctors and those around you who just want your confusing problems to go away -- or be all in your head. Lucky for me you had the strength to persist and find this information. Largely because of your posts I did get my dentist to do a panoramic xray and it turns out that three of my ex-wisdom teeth might have cavitations. He's supposed to get me the name of a cavitation specialist on the west side -- I wonder if he will be one of your guys. How did they diagnose you? My dentist said the only way for a positive diagnosis was to drill into the jaw and see if you find a cavern or solid bone. Is that true? Have you had any luck finding holistic ways to combat the infection inside your cavitations, or are you going to do the surgery? I do have a wonderful doctor - Dr. LeBel - who is an auricolotherapist, Naturopath and homeopath who may have some suggestions. He was largely responsible for clearing the infection out of my sinuses using some very powerful acupuncture and magnet therapy and various natural medecines. He did once tell me that the way to get rid of deeply entrenched tooth infections was an IV vitamin C drip. If you want more info on it email me privately and I'll give it to you. Are you going to try a pulser or zapper of some kind? I don't know if they are a permanent solution, though. So what is a bilological dentist? and what is expensive and what is reasonable where cavitation surgery is concerned? I had heard about the nasal irrigator -- I use a neti pot -- it's a yoga device which looks like a teapot and pours the salinated water through your nostrils and I use it daily. I think it has a lot to do with keeping my sinuses clear -- although the last few days they have been kind of funky again, which scares me. But it might be due to die-off after a candida surge -- I don't know. I have never heard of the chinatown herbalist and his tea, but I would be very curious. I go to Dr. Matt VAn Benschoten who is a Chinese Medicine Doctor out in the valley. It definitely is overwhelming trying to pick the truths out of everyones different beliefs and opinions -- or at least to find what is right for me. At the moment I am hesitant to go to any other doctors, both because I can't afford it and because sometimes it is just too conflicting information. Some days I am so glad for the internet -- and sometimes I curse it. What part of LA do you live in? Anyhow, this is getting too long for the list but I just wanted to say a huge thank you, and I look forward to sharing more info!! Take care, Katarina
