turning over in memory foam

Joyce,

Satin sheets help tremendously as does a " stiff arm " from my

sweetie. He will grab my hand arm-wrestling-style and I pull myself

toward him. This may be tougher for you since your upper body

strength is not the best. Since I have long arms, sometimes I will

grab the side of the bed to pull myself over as well. That being

said, I don't know that a different type of mattress would be

easier. I guess I'll find out Monday night.

Interesting question...

You might consider getting a bed rail so that you can grab it to turn. I tend to wake up to lift my body to turn (I'm not fully awake, but I, somewhat remember doing it, and when I had a sleep test done, that is what they told me).
