Guest guest Posted January 21, 2006 Report Share Posted January 21, 2006 I've seen a few posts lately which mentioned how " (so-and-so) really helped me through recovery " or " (insert name here) was really encouraging when I was preparing for surgery, " etc. I didn't know really well. She is my pastor's daughter and had her fusion a couple of months before I had my first. I visited her house and was able to see the scar (something really important for me for some reason) and discuss what it was like for her in the hospital and soon after she was released.
