Guest guest
Dear Cheryl and Randy, GOD bless you. What a wonderful thing you are doing for Randy. Please keep us posted after wards. My sister wants to do that for me and I have said no no no. Therefore, I am very interested in hearing everything about the whole process after the first of the year and both of you have regained your strength. You will be in my prayers. Guest guest
Kay, Nothing to be concerned about. For several weeks, only my right foot would swell. Now it is both of them and all the way up the leg. Don't worry. Ginger
Guest guest
Gayle, My doctor has said no to all herbals. One of my friends from St. Pete drove up for a visit a couple of weeks ago and brought me a big bag of herbs and vitamins from herbalife. My doc said no to all. She also said no to milk thistle. Her reasons were that they are not controlled and some are not pure. Without control, they can sometimes cause other problems. Please be very careful and run it by your doctor before taking anything. Guest guest
Gayle, I know the feeling of beating yourself up for not getting things done. I do it daily. It is soooo very hard for a workaholic to be put down like this. I feel like an invalid and I am definitely not the one to be in this position!!!!!!! Guest guest
Dear Effie, You said: I was wondering if anyone else in the group has found any link between lactose intolerance and parasites. -----------Dr. Hulda , in her book The Cure for All Diseases, strongly recommends boiling milk, because there is bacteria in milk that doesn't get killed in the pasturization process. 's book will answer many of your questions. I am doing a parasite cleanse and it's not nealy as bad as I feared. Also, despite what others say, you don't have to look for the parasites in your feces (I really don't think I could handle that with my germ phobia being as bad as it is already!!). There are no rules about these things. I'm just making sure I do a thorough cleanse. Also, I have decided to do Beck's protocol for my CFS, Lyme, mycoplasma illnesses. He recommends blood electrification, colloidal silver, magnetic pulser, and ozonated water. Do a web search for more information on this. I have heard of Fibro. being cured with this method. Best wishes, Jay

Guest guest
Austin has an issue with heat, also. When he gets hot, he vomits. The ped says it's nothing to worry about, but it is a pain. I have to cool the car down for ever, or he will throw up 5 times in a 1 hour trip. It's not carsickness, because we take trips year round, and the only time it happens it summer! He also gets overheated playing very easily. I usually set up the kiddy pool in the yard and they are allowed to get on in if it's hot enough, any day. They play for a while, and then climb in for a few minutes... It works when we are at home, not much use anywhere else, though! Guest guest
My has the same problem with heat as I have been reading today. He overheats fast and looks like he is passing out. I never knew others were having this problem. He tends to want to hide in the shade and we keep a water bottle to keep him cool when we are outdoors in summer. His school and daycare have been on high alert too to make sure that he stays out of the heat. Nice to know this not unique to (for once) in Kentucky

Guest guest
In a message dated 11/25/2002 7:13:23 AM Eastern Standard Time, cholesteatoma writes: Hey , if you're down to a footplate like I am on my right ear, why don't you just go for a CWD this time so you don't have to worry about futher surgery ever again? Good question. I just don't want one. That's what brought me to the otologist at the teaching hospital in the first place, 'cause my regular ENT thought he'd need to do a CWD this time. I know CWD isn't the end of the world, but I reallyreally would rather avoid it. The otologist said it wouldn't actually help me anyhow, 'cause of where the c-toma is, & he's doing something called a "facial recess" instead. If it works, there'll be 1 more surgery after that to double-check & reconstruct. As to the pain topic...I'm in pain a lot now. Just like you all describe. Sometimes it really hurts, sometimes it is more sore. Gnawing pain. And dizziness, ranging from a generally spacy feeling to a new twist: I stop but the world keeps moving. Only briefly (thank God!) but I never had this before, it's happened 4x in the last few weeks. Like I stop the car in the driveway, I know it's stopped, the brake is on, but for a few moments it looks like I'm still going. In May they removed a lot of c-toma but couldn't get some off the footplate, which was backing up on the inner ear, so they left it. I guess it's growing again, but this is as uncomfortable as I've ever been. I am constantly "aware" of my ear, it rings all the time. I use a sound spa (nature sounds machine) to sleep 'cause of the ringing. Thanks for the vent!
Guest guest
Gentlepeople, Dale asked: >Does the NRS-4C use the LCC protocol? If so, any idea >where I could find a used NRS-4C (or possibly an NRS-2A)?? Yes, the NRS4C does use the LCC protocol. I haven't been able to find a used NRS-4C for a couple of years and the NRS-2A is even more scarce. I know a few people also looking for one if you happen to find a hoard. <g> It seems to me the best approach is to talk somebody like Tom Collura into going to four channels and adding in LCC capability. Or, talk to Lexicor and see what they can do. Good luck. Best,

Guest guest
Steve, No, the POD and the the NRS-2D cannot do what the NRS-4c can do. The 4C has sampling rates of 256 and above, plus it will measure up to 64 Hz. Although the unit is older, it may become very valuable in the future as we look at higher sampling rates and frequency. Guest guest
Hi, Thanks again for all your great information. I started my culture with cidar vinegar as that is what I was told to use and I have also read where people have used that. Now I am reading to use only white. I have an established culture that I started with cidar vinegar three brews ago, but have not added any vinegar to my last three brews. Do you think I should add a few tbs. of white to my next batch, or is my culture fine the way it is? Guest guest
I found out that a very good friend of mine just signed a contract to perform at the Four Queens Hotel & Casino every Thursday through Sunday for the next few months. I am definitely going to want to go to Las Vegas to see his show! www.kingerrisson.com www.myspace.com/kingerrisson The Four Queens is in downtown Las Vegas, across the street from the Golden Nugget. Whether I will be able to go in the fall is another question. I am more likely to go this summer while I am off work. My son is in Las Vegas, so I need at least a week there. We will just have to see what dates are picked for the gathering. One thing I have been curious about -- I keep hearing that there are cheap air fares to Las Vegas, but I have never been able to find one (unless they are last minute specials at a time I really can't go) How low will we go? Check out Messenger’s low PC-to-Phone call rates.
