Guest guest Posted December 21, 2006 Report Share Posted December 21, 2006 I just spoke with Bob also - They've definitely set Saturday as the discharge date, and he says he'll take her home before he lets her go to a Nursing Facility. He's also looking into getting her transferred to the Base Hospital where they live. And he IS going to ask for a consult with a Gastroenterologist, probably later today. The poor guy is so completely worn out, I don't think he knows whether he's going or coming. This is all just terrible - my poor !
