Guest guest
Welcome to the goup Andy! Aren't you the person who wrote the new book coming out about fragile backs and pilates? I'm sure there are several in this group who will be interested in it. I haven't been " revised " yet. Still reading, learning, and trying to understand what is really wrong with me and what my insurance will cover! (I went for quite a while without coverage.)
