Vit-Ra-Tox & Arise and Shine

Dear Group,

Since Arise and Shine doesn't ship outside of the

US (for some unknown reason) and I'm living in Japan,

I was going to use the Vit-Ra-Tox program. I have

heard that people have augmented this program with the

Arise and Shine program. I read this was using the

" best of both Worlds " but no details were offered.

Can anyone offer some advice on this? What part or

parts of the Arise and Shine program was used? Also,

what does the Bentonite Clay drink taste like? It

sounds pretty nasty to me.

I sell Sonne's products from my site. They are exactly the same products as Vitra-Tox made by the same people just marketed under a different name. I will ship to Japan for you. http://loaves-n-fishes.com/sonnes.htm the directions for the cleanse are on the page also. I find that the bentonite has basically a non taste. It is a little drawing on the tongue if you don't mix it in enough water. Other than that it just makes the water taste kind of flat. Some people add a bit of juice to the water to make it taste better.
