toiletries list / flax seed

Hey SaraLou,

Can you tell me about this tolietries list? Is it about making

your own? Or non-toxic ones to buy??? Or ???

Also where is it? I think I might like it !

I also used to put flax seed, whole, in my cooked cereal

(which I am not much eating these days, or I still would!)

It makes the cereal sticky in a way I like (but it matters

how MUCH flaxseed--too much makes it all TOO sticky!)
