After reading your articles about eggs I thought I would give the

raw egg yolks a try. I have to admit it was real tough mentally to

approach raw eggs but I have perservered and come up with an egg

drink quick easy nutritious and delicious. A really easy inexpensive

way to get much of my fat and protein. Dr. Mercola recomends not

consuming too many raw egg whites. He also advises that the protiens

in eggs are fragile and recommends not blending but stirring gently.

5 egg yolks

1/2 jar of warm filtered water

3-5 tablespoons warm (liquid) coconut oil*

3 or 4 drops of stevia to taste

put lid on jar, shake and drink

cod liver oil can be added if desired

*I put coconut oil in a small jar and set it in a bowl of hot water

to liquify.

41g protein

4g carbs
