Bee, i saw in your post below that palm oil is one of

good saturated fats, is it true? because i already

change my cooking oil from palm to coconut oil as you

said palm oil is kind of vegetable oil and it is bad.

If palm oil is ok i'll back to it becuase coconut oil

is more more expensive. I need your correction if i'm

wrong.

And also i already stop take garlic for 5 days now,

but why my bad symtomps(rash+dry+itch skin) do not get

better?

Last month i consumed butter oil but this month i use

raw butter because the store didnt have the stock for

butter oil, is it ok if i use the butter?
