Guest guest
Dear SYDAUS123@..., You asked where to start, so here are a few suggestions: 1. reading. Read this list, and some books. Get familiar with the general methods of bowel cleansing.... (Main methods: 1. water: as enemas, colonics, etc 2. oral products, as herbal preparations and bulking agents). You can also read " back " in the past emails sent in this list, like you could try reading all of November and December. Books too, though. 2. take something that will increase bowel movements. The 2 I use and recommend (like a broken record) are Dr. Schulze's intestinal cleansing formula #1 (herbal) and homozon (cleans using ozone). (To get info on Dr Schulze's ICF #1, call 800-HERBDOC and ask for free product info. To get info on homozon, go to the egroups page for bowel cleanse, then go to LINKS, then follow the link about homozon and read about it.) 3. do what you can, given your own current situation, to improve your diet. Your current diet may be wonderful or may be junk, and you may be willing to change a lot or a little, or not at all. My idea of " improve " includes more raw food, and more green (including intense green such as wheatgrass juice, and sprouts). People have different ideas on what is most important. 4. drink a lot of water, at least 8 cups a day. I would also suggest that you might want to write in again and give more info on your current issues or questions. I didn't really follow you very well in what you said. I think you said you have a liver problem.... so I'd suggest reading up on liver cleanses as well. If you need suggestions for what to read, ask and people will tell you. Welcome to the list, and best of luck! Moria
