Guest guest
Hello everyone, I have a question about an enema. I'm going to be doing a gallstone cleanse in the next few days and want to take a high enema a few days before and three days afterward. Can anyone tell me how I should mix my solution? I've heard some people say sea salt and some baking soda, just a little. Has anyone tried this? I need something around my home, not nothing that I have to specially order or anything like that. Thanks, Susie

Thanks! Dale told me about the coffee enema also. I do have an enema/douch bag. Does this make your liver dump more toxins? I'm getting ready for the GB cleanse in a few days. Guest guest
Hi most of the time when someone tries to insert the enema tube higher it only appears to go higher because it bends and folds inside the colon... One way to make sure to get a colon tube as high as you can which would be around 36 inches in ...is to gag the colon by using a rectal laxative this will cause parastaltis which will give you a feeling or strong urge to evacuate when this happens start pushing the tube in deeper .. there shouldn't be any problems because the colon should open up wide on every bend.. This is sort of like getting your throat scoped by the doctor and when the scope makes you gag the doctor can slide it in deeper when he times the contraction of the throat.. This is the same for the colon.. It's not the most comfortable thing in the world to take another suppository or glycerin mini enema after you have already gone to the toilet to come back and have something enter your colon for deep insertion especially when the laxative is taking effect to expel whatever is in it but it does work and professionals at the hospital do this for certain tests. Guest guest
Susie, I use a coffee high enema when I do mine. I also use a simple douch/enema bag that can be purchased from Wal-Mart for under $10.00. I make about 5 pots of coffee the day I'm doing the enema. I then put the coffee into my large glass bowl for use that evening. I start off with water enemas to get the lower bowel clear. I use three bags. After my third bag I move onto the coffee and go into a high enema which means that I thread the tubing higher into the colon. I then use all the coffee and hold it as long as I can in the retention phase of the enema. Is this what you were looking for? Karma > Hello everyone, > I have a question about an enema. Guest guest
> > I suppose to have enema every day twice on 9 day program for digestion. But I can not tolerate it because it hurt my colon. I had tried it in the past. I was able to do it 3 day in row only. Is it possible to have program without enema? ==>If you are doing it correctly it will not hurt your colon in any way. Ensure you are using a pure filtered water that is free of chlorine, and not using softened water? Are you inserting the tip of the enema bag too far? Are you inserting the end of the bulb syringe in too far? Are you not using coconut oil to lubicate properly? Are you putting the liquid in too fast? And so on. ==>The program without the enemas will still help you however. What problem are you trying to help with the 9-day program? > > Another question: Can I start to reduce acidity with soda at the same time? I have high acidity according to test. ==>What happened when you took the stomach acid test? How long after you drank the baking soda in water did you burp? ==>To reduce stomach acid eat sauerkraut or kimchi with every meal, 1-2 tablespoons. > Today I ate meat with salt and my stomach already in pain. > I can not tolerate much salt too. ==>You need to eat enough natural fats with the meat as well or your stomach will hurt so it may not be only the salt. Guest guest
Bee,I think it is too thick enema bag or my colon is too sensitive or imflamed. I do not want to irritate it because also my hemmoroid, or crack i got after the birth of my son. I can not tolerate any acid reducing drugs or supplements but I have pain in my esophagus I think Candida esophagitis. After test I burn in 2 minutes so I think my acidity is more high now that normal. I even feel how acid is moving when I am hungry. I am burping without any soda many times mostly after meal or in the morning.I can not tolerate anything soar and cabbage is allegic to me. Sorry you didn't say you had hemorroids, etc. You do not need to do them. The diet with the high natural fats will do a good job of healing and strengthening your bowels. >I have GERD, esophagitis, candida, trush again show up on my > tongue, vaginal yeast and so on. I can not tolerate any acid reducing drugs or supplements but I have pain in my esophagus I think > Candida esophagitis. ==>Those are exactly the symptoms I had and they were all cured on the candida progrom. So there's hope for you my friend. >After test I burn in 2 minutes so I think my acidity is more high now that normal. ==>The test is done to see if you burp within 5 minutes after taking the baking soda. Your symptoms are not due to high acidity, they are caused by low acidity. The symptoms for both are exactly the same and that's why they are misdiagnosed by doctors and misunderstood by patients. > I even feel how acid is moving when I am hungry. I am > burping without any soda many times mostly after meal > or in the morning.I can not tolerate anything soar and > cabbage is allegic to me. ==>Sorry, but the thing you need most is sauerkraut, which will stabilizes stomach acid (whether it is too high or too low) and it won't hurt you. You'd be making a mistake if you believe you have high acid instead of low acid. You need extra acids in order to digest your foods and to cure your digestive related problems. ==>Every time you burn or get that acid feeling eat a tablespoon of good sauerkraut and also eat at least 2 tbls. with every meal. You'll find a real difference in a few days. It is unbelieveable how wonderful sauerkraut is for GERD, acid reflux, etc. I had to carry sauerkraut with me everywhere for awhile, but you always have it unheated so it is easy to eat it out of the jar. Guest guest
Bee, i used to make sourcraft myself in the past, it was less soar and less salty as in the shops. I will try it later when I introduce cabbage in my diet. Thanks, Liz
