Hello,

One of the biggest issues I've found with any type of connective tissue

pain/problems for my clients is for them to get completely off of all

nightshades (potatoes, tomatoes, all peppers except black and eggplant) as

they are considered " toxic " foods because there is a chemical in them which

literally can destroy connective tissue! And to get completely off all

gluten.....wheat, barley, oats, rye and even spelt has enough in it to

bother many people. It is a tough diet to follow, but the results are

incredible with virtually everyone, regardless. It oftens gives people

their lives back or better yet, completely new lives with knew possiblities.

I had a client in her early 20's who blew both her knees out agressively

playing soccer all of her life. Had operations on both knees and was told

she'd never be able to snowboard, etc. again. She is now on the slopes. I

have another client who had to quit riding horses which was her passion in

life. She is in her late 50's. Her progress was a bit slower, but she

eventually was able to start riding side saddle and has been able to start

riding regularly for increasing amounts of time, and is still healing. I

have another client who is 65 and has the curled up hands and toes, enlarged

joints, etc. from haveing rheumatoid arthritis for years. She tells me when

she follows the diet she is totally pain free. I have yet another client

who was in a bad car wreck and has to metal rods up each side of her spine

which has been fused. She is usually in a tremendous amount of pain, is

addicted to the pain pills, and has beeen off and on the diet with much

difficulty and not a lot of incentive, but when she follows it she says she

has a lot less pain. I could go on with more examples, but I think you can

get the idea with these. I think the food we eat is either killing us or

healing us.......this is just one example of how.
