Hi Bee and all,

I love the search feature on . I had a ton of questions, but I

just put some key words in and found the answers!

I am still not sure about one thing though:

1. Sea Salt - what is the maximum. I LOVE salt on veggies and meat.

And I put 1 tsp in my lemon drink (32 oz water, 1/2 lemon, Stevia

Clear with vanilla - a few drops). I wonder if it's too much?

2. Vitamins: I am down to 200 mg CA and Mg (they are in the same

vitamin). I make sure to drink the sea salt drink and have lots of

salmon oil. My joints are still achy. But this could be contributed

to standing all day at the store on a hard floor, and not doing enough

yoga and excercise. Any suggestions?

Kim

P.S. I had a bottle of fish oil capsules that had an illegal

ingredient, so I've been feeding them to my dogs - they just eat it as

is! Anyway, my boy whippet who is 10 is running around like a puppy!

I can tell his joints feel better!

==>You can take 1-1/2 teaspoons in 6 ounces of water, per the

electrolyte recipe, 6 times a day = 36 ounces of water, plus add as

much as you feel inclined to, to your foods. I knew an owner of

another health group whose wife was advised to take tablespoons of a

good ocean sea salt every day to help her depression. She did,

without any ill effects, and it did cure her depression.

==>I suggest you buy a separate magnesium and take 400 mg per day; we

are more lacking in magnesium than calcium. I take 175 mg calcium

and 450 mg. magnesium per day, which seems to work good for me.

However, achy joints are caused by candida being killed off - die-

off - and they will increase if you have sugars, grains or too many

high carbs foods as well = candida overgrowth. It's like two sides

of the same coin. I don't believe it is related to standing on a hard

floor nor lack of exercise.

==>That's wonderful Kim! My sister gives her dog coconut oil - 1

tbl. per day and Sadie loves it. In fact Sadie gets down-right put

out if Joyce is too busy in the morning to spoon out her coconut

oil! It's too funny for words. Because Sadie is a cocker spaniel

Joyce also swabs coconut oil in her ears and eyes and the vet was

amazed at how much better Sadie's overall health, ears and eyes were.
