Guest guest
In my post about the garlic recipe, I wrote that bacteria, viruses, and parasites would die. After a couple of days on the recipe, when I walked back into my bedroom one morning, I smelled anesthesia. I was breathing out anesthesia from a surgery I had years ago. This continued for 5 days and nights. It was unbelievable. I have since then smelled on my breath the following: smoke from a small house fire that occurred at night over 20 years ago, " natural gas " from a 1 year old new gas system (and other older ones) and leaking radiators, nitrogen from scuba diving, and MSG from packaged chicken noodle soup and other foods that contained it. Each one of these odors took a couple of days to go away, but the MSG I am still breathing out since I did eat a lot of food that had it in it. I can also taste the MSG in my mouth. I never worked in a restaurant. This morning I smelled aerosol hair spray on my breath plus the MSG. It is day 6 for breathing out MSG but it is going away slowly. If you smoked cigarettes, you will smell that, if you worked on cars, you will smell oil on your breath, in other words, whatever you breathed in on a constant basis, you will breathe it out again. Moles on my body have gotten lighter in color and some small ones have disappeared. For women who wear or have worn foundation on a daily basis, you will notice your face is a lot less oily. I haven't had any diarrhea. There is the smell of plastic, ammonia, and other things that smell chemical but I don't know what they are. If you have worms you will see those dead. Flukes are more difficult to see. Black strings are fluke eggs. (See Hulda , The Cure For All Diseases). I encourage everyone to try this recipe - to take it 2 times per day, high dose, as instructed, for as long as you can. There may be times when you need to skip a day or two to take a break from the garlic, and that is ok. As soon as you start it again, you will continue to detoxify. The body detoxifies more at night apparently, which is why one's bedroom will smell of the detoxified substance. Since I am still detoxifying MSG, my bedroom smells like I heated packaged or canned chicken noodle soup in it. The smell sticks to everything even with the window open. Mexican food and restaurant food in general will likely have sprinkled MSG on it. On packaged food, the ingredients " aroma, " and " flavorings, " and perhaps " spices " could contain MSG. I had regular tomato sauce with MSG in it but it did not say it on the label. Just buy organic (or make it yourself). MSG can turn 5 quarts of chicken noodle soup into 10 quarts, so a little can taste like more. Meat in restaurants tastes better. The body is physiologically more aware of the taste of the food. It is a lure to go out to eat because the food tastes better, or to buy something packaged, canned, or jarred. It would be interesting to hear other people's results after taking the garlic recipe. - if you cover your mattress in large plastic garbage bags taped together with wide sticky packing tape, you will protect your mattress from the smells of your detoxification, and no mites will be able to live in your mattress. You can do the same for your pillow. You can wipe down the plastic with Bleach or Lemon Lysol or Pacific Fresh Lysol to keep it clean between bed changes. If possible, remove bedspreads, clothes, curtains, rugs, etc.
