Hello Elyse,

Oopsie! My error. I meant to say Timpones. Which is a Salsa Muy

Rica that I have been using lately. It is a wood-fire roasted salsa.

It is made with tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, chiles chipotles,

seasalt herbs and vitamin E. (timpones.com)

When I want to spice up my stirfry, I will stir a little Timpones

in whatever I am making right at the end of cooking. Yummy!

Tempanade is like a brushetta, that we may be able to have later on

when olives are permitted. It is usually made from olives, peppers,

lemon, herbs, seasalt, and olive oil.
