Hi , Now it's my turn to offer you info :-) Although I don't know nearly as much as I shoud, I do have Dr. Jensen's Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management book which is all about his cleanse. It's pretty gnarly, you essentially have to get a colema board, and do lots of home colonics and eat a variety of specific things for one straight week. I too would like to the the best GENTLE way to rid myself of the plaque. The Arise And Shine program works great for most folks, but my liver is weak and couldn't deal with all the toxins being flushed into it, and I had some serious cleansing reactions and had to bail off of it after about a week. It's also VERY difficult to stick to the 75%-100% RAW diet for one MONTH. NOTHING else. Not even salt. Not even green tea. I wish there were more people in this group! I have to leverage other forums and support groups to find answers, as there's just not enough people here. Another place I go is the cleansing tribe on Tribe.net. Tribe.net is an *amazing* community if you haven't already checked it out, with groups for EVERYTHING, so I would recommend it regardless. http://cleanseclub.tribe.net/ _jason_ _________ ________ _______ _____ ____ ___ __ _ _ _
Guest guest
From the research that I have done, it seems that Ejuva is the best cleanse of them all. The most gentle, yet the most potent at the same time. Though it costs even more than the Arise and Shine does. I've just ordered an Ejuva cleanse myself. I will give you all reports on how it goes.
