Hello!

My friend has had his gall bladder removed and has frequent diarrhea. Does

anyone know if there's a problem with him starting to take garlic daily?

Hello,

I've had mine removed too and have the same problem, frequent diarrhea. I

have fresh-pressed garlic just about every day. It shouldn't hurt him at all.

Also, for the diarrhea, I'm taking Beta Plus, which is for people without

GBs. It has lipase in it, an enzyme to help handle the fats or something. I

think it's helped me already. You also may send him to this Web site. It has

stuff on here about people who have had their GBs out and who have tried certain

things to help them with the diarrhea. One woman uses calcium carbonate,

which is one thing that I may try. Here is the Web site link:

Hi, :

I hope it all works out good for your friend. Like I said, I have the same

problem, and it does seem like mine has improved since I started Beta Plus. I

get my Beta Plus from myvits.com because you can't just get it anywhere. The

person who sells it is also a chiropractor. Only healthcare professionals can

sell it, or it used to be that way. But I am going to try the calcium

carbonate, which I think Caltrate is a brand name that is calcium carbonate.

Let me hear how it all works out.
