Hello

You may want to try a teaspoon or 2 of baking soda stirred into warm

water after a meal to ease whatever digestive symptoms you may have.

It has worked for a number of people I know.

Good luck

Hi Guys, i did tripple therapy for H- pylori but it has actually worsen my

situation. I have severe burning in my abdomen upper and lower both and in

the back. I used to take ACV but i read it some where on the web that it is

not good for stomach lining. And it will aggravte my symptoms. What do you

suggest for peptic ulcer and is ACV is a right rememdy for me or not?

Thanks! I will pick some of that up and try it. I am feeling so much better

after starting the ACV. It amazes me that 2 tsp/day made my pain/pressure

disappear.

oh gosh manuwar...so sorry for your pain...

i am not an expert but when I had severe and chronic heartburn, i was blessed to

have had the option to do a complet cleanse including colema's every day. It

was a very intense protocol but the burning did go away. so, lots of fresh

juices (greens), cayenne pepper and fresh juiced lemon with the rind...every

day and colon cleansing...look up colema on google...it is best to do with

others and supervised.. i have gone down to becometocostarica.com and spent

weeks there cleansing. maybe you can fit this into your life -- it would change

your life...

hope you feel better.

I've had it burn me before and I skipped a couple of doses and the burning went

away so it's obviously the vinegar----I've had a few experiences with it.

I have had pain in the gall bladder area for about two weeks but it is slowly

getting better. I started taking 1-2 tsp. of apple cider vinegar each day. It

seems like it is helping.

My question is how does it help the gall bladder? I found a lot of info on it

helping other issues but not the gall bladder.

Also, should I keep taking it even after the symptoms are gone?

Thanks,

Hi Manuwar, you can certainly get what you need on line...look up colema...

you can add apple cider vinegar to your water or coffee for liver cleansing...

do them everyday along with proper protocol...acidophilis..and parasite herbal

regime. you will be amazed...

Munawar. do not know in what part of the world you are but if in N. America try

and get some slippery elm. Marshmallow root would be a second choice. If you

are in India, pakistan or the like, there is an ayurvedic herb called Bala (sida

cordifolia) that might help. the Chinese model is " all pain is blocked or

stagnant chi or blood " and " blood nourishes chi, chi moves blood " does not

matter the cause. So and I have posted this before, but this might work:

Place the middle of the palm of your left hand on the area where the pain is the

worst. The heel of your right hand above the crease in your groin between the

groin and your right leg with your fingers laying down over the crease pointing

down the inside of your right leg towards your knee. as the pain subsides, you

then move the palm of your left hand where it now hurts the most. Follow the

pain around in this manner until it is all gone. hope I have illustrated

properly. I have Skype and can communicate by it if you need... -D

Hey ,

from what I read its not good to neutralize the HCL of the stomach.

So I heard because of that baking soda should be consumed on an empty

stomach.

Some people consume baking soda with maple syrup as an anti candida

protocol. Apparently it works really well as the bugs come out to eat

the sugars and get fried by the baking soda.

:)

Dear Munwar,

If you're looking for a natural approach to addressing this issue, you

might want to consider eating some soaked chia seed gel. It's very

mucilaginous, which is soothing and healing for everything it touches

inside you.

Check out these articles on chia seeds:

Whole soaked flax and psyllium seeds have similar soothing and healing

demulcent and emollient effects.

a spoon full - either straight or in water - I like straight.

No effects that I am aware of.  You should do some ACV once in a while...

If you;re having an attack, how much apple cider vinegar do you drink?

Also, does vinegar have any other affects on other meds taken? I've been very

careful and haven't had any attacks but a friend of mine is showing all the

signs. So, I suggested the vinegar. thanks

Hey Steph,

I've got mycoplasma fermentans is this the one you have? What's helped my

arthritis is definitely the colon cleansing (either Wild Rose, perfect cleanse

{made by Garden of Life} or Arise and Shine), gallbladder flushes and the bamboo

bed sheets.

I'm looking into getting my mom some socks for her deteriorated toe joints, they

look really painful. She has other health issues which need to be addressed

but I think some bamboo socks would help her lots.

It's smart to start off by getting the bedsheets or a nightgown, something that

can be used every day, because it's not the 1 time use of bamboo which will

heal/cure anything. I believe weeks and months of use is where the real power

lies.

ok going to look for the bamboo email I sent out to my friends.

does vinegar have any other affects on other meds taken? I've been very careful

and haven't had any attacks but a friend of mine is showing all the signs. So, I

suggested the vinegar. thanks

If your friend is feeling an attack coming on they might want to try taking some

epsom salt dissolved in water. Tell them to just follow the directions on the

package of epsom salt for use internally as a laxative. The magnesium in the

epsom salt will help to relax the bile ducts, which may help to relieve pressure

and pain.

Is there another place to get Braggs apple cider vinegar other than Whole Foods? I went to 2 different Whole Foods and both stores were out!! I guess the word got out!:) What was awesome though was one employee offered to give me the 365 Whole Foods brand for free!!!  It must have been the outfit I was wearing:) hee heee;-) At any rate, I didn't take the offer because the 365 brand was pasteurized, which defeats the medicinal purpose, correct? This was my assumption so hence I didn't take it, even for free.

First I was reading the bible and read about how Jesus drank vinegar to help his stomach and they referred to it as " sour wine " in Hebrew. I was listening to Pastor speak about it as well. She speaks and reads Hebrew and Greek as well as other languages. I was intrigued.

One day after battling acid stomach and sour stomach and heartburn you name it I swigged some of the apple cider I had in my cabinet.I got even worse pain! So I logged online and found a bunch of websites. Like Earth Clinic.

http://www.earthclinic.com/Remedies/acvinegar.html

I read about the benefits and was strangely upset. I did not get better so I read on to see that multiple kinds of acid are produced.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vinegar

The beer colored vinegar is mostly the kind of acid that will upset your stomach. Wish I knew the name! and the unfiltered unprocessed cloudy stuff like Braggs is what is considered " VIRGIN " vinegar. And not the same.

http://braggs.com/

So I went to Fred Meyers and Sherms and Safeway and they all had Braggs products. I kept trying to make excuses why I was not gonna take it. So one day I did and I felt nothing. No pain, no burning nothing. Finally no pain.

I also drink it when I have been run down. It makes me feel better and gives me energy. In any case point blank.. They are very much different and the wrong one will irritate the stomach probably not terribly, maybe it has a high content. I will look into it and get back to you all.

=) Hope this helps!

And about craving meat if your iron defficient, Pyka as I believe it is (had it as a kid!!) it called is common for depressed systems. I would like to see a supplement that address all our needs and has no Iron derived from wheat as that is the most commone and protein not from SOY BLEAAH!! And no CORN and no bad things... just something like a LARA bar with a whole days nutrtition to help. lol

I heard once that if you eat slow and breathe in between bites you absorb a lot more. I wish I knew the site! But it said people who eat in a hurry have more cardiac problems and die younger.

I added it to cucumber lemon water (which I love!!) and then added stevia, which helped a little, but I think this is an " acquired " taste. On Sun, Oct 11, 2009 at 3:23 PM, Rosie <lavendersequoia@...> wrote:

It is def an aquired taste but I enjoy it now more. I actually look forward to drinking it. I also add honey sometimes. But most I just down it as a shot. Or mix it with some water and down that as well.

I would love to hear the recipe with Stevia and cucumber. I have not made it with that before.

I have added it to RAW lemonade. It is really good. I dunno, I jsut know how good it is for my body so I dont really think about the smell or taste, It is just good for me=)

Good luck Jem, and dont give up! Your doing great!
