I'm drinking some right now actually:) I had to plug my nose last night when I drank it! I never did that since I was a young kid:)I added honey to it, but the honey won't dissolve because it's a cold drink. Will heating up the ACV break down the amino acids where it's health benefits are eliminated?

I added honey ginger crystals to it, in the cucumber/lemon/lime water, along with stevia, and this is tolerable, withOUT having to plug me nose! heeheehugs,AmiraOn Mon, Oct 12, 2009 at 1:01 PM, Gemma R Locatelli <gemmalocat> wrote:

It is def an aquired taste but I enjoy it now more. I actually look forward to drinking it.  I also add honey sometimes. But most I just down it as a shot. Or mix it with some water and down that as well.

I would love to hear the recipe with Stevia and cucumber. I have not made it with that before.

I have added it to RAW lemonade. It is really good. I dunno, I jsut know how good it is for my body so I dont really think about the smell or taste, It is just good for me=)

Good luck Jem, and dont give up! Your doing great!

I would like to use this vinegar but I understand

that apple cider vinegar probably has mold.

whoever told you apple cider vinegar has mold is mistaken. It is fermented.

Use Bragg's.

Raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar and/or fermented foods like sauerkraut

and kim chi (also called cultured foods) are an integral part of a healthy

diet.

These foods are rich in natural enzymes which aid

in digestion. They also help

to restore the natural

balance of healthy bacteria

in the gut by creating a perfect environment for

those healthy bacteria to grow, all while keeping yeast

like candida in check! Raw lactfermented (cultured) veggies like

sauerkraut and kim chi are actually teeming with healthy microflora.

?

Antje, that would be organic, raw-unfiltered apple cider vinegar?

Organic, raw-unfiltered apple cider vinegar has many medicinal uses.

Combine it with honey and the benefits increase.
