The main symptom I have that could be something else is joint pain. It stays in one joint for a while then travels to a new one for a while. No apparent swelling or redness. Dull ache deep in the joint, usally bilateral. My father has RA since young adult and was initially dx'd as Lupus. It took a very long time for the RA to show on tests, but they still see signs of lupus (rash for one). He has been repeatedly told he should have in a wheel chair in his 40's. He is 74, mobile, and still farming. Currently for me, the T3/T4 protocol seems to address the majority of the joint issues. I do have it return at times. I follow all the natural antiinflammatory guidelines hopeing to keep this disease limited to the thyroid. I am certain that without prior care (diet, exercise, supplements, and rest) I would develope full blown RA or Lupus. So far I take a vitamin mix with plenty of C & E, fish oil, Q10. Also have plenty of olive oil and pineapple juice. If there are others add to the mix please let me know. Sherry

Guest guest
Maybe this is why my father with RA has managed so well. He is an apple fanatic, eats at least 2 a day, every day. > ginger root, cininamon, and apples are also anti-inflammatory > > > >
