Thanks for responding Bee. It's surprising how quickly my symptoms

can change and how much I can improve or get worse in the matter of

hours. I've been feeling pretty good for a day almost two, and I'm not

sure why. I did do an enema on saturday morning which seemed to help

and I finished the wormwood today. I'm still on the oil of oregano

becuase I'm taking it also for the parasite which is extrememly

tenacious and I'm afraid to give them room to breathe. In response to

your advice about the diet, I've been eating a lotof coconut oil for a

couple months, which I LOVE by the way! I eat soonfuls for dessert

which seem to mitigate my sugar cravings. I've also discovered the

psychological magic of the 30 day sugar challenge I created for

myself. I made a chart to put on the wall, and everytime I get

through a day without sugar, I draw in some art to fill one of the 30

little boxes. At the end, I'll take myself out to eat or buy myself a

massage or something. It truly works for me. I guess being prideful

can work to a persons advantage sometimes. I also started with the

lemon salt drink today. and I'm slowly learning that undereating is

FAR better than overeating for me. I've stopped snacking in between

meals to ensure that I'm good and hungry when it comes time to eat.

Will power has been a huge challenge for me. just a couple months ago

I was working at a bakery and gorging myself on pasteries at night

before bed. If I can do it, y'all can too.
