which do interfere with this program and possibly cause a lot of the

PS, they are also very low dose in the first place, so hopefully it

shouldn't take all that long to wean off.

Correction, I'm taking them both bucaly, meaning between the cheek

and gum. Same effect as taking it sublingually but it's just a

little easier to manage because it stays put. It's also a little

slower release then sublingual.
