Guest guest
" It was wonderful because I stuck to the diet for a week, and was taking herbs etc. Within three days I saw a difference, by the end of 7 days it was flat. I have NEVER had a flat stomache since I can remember. " " ...and at the time my bloating often made me look like i was 5 months pregnant. i had a pot belly. " I also have a pot belly and have been bloaty ever since they put fillings in my mouth in third grade (I can remember crunching metal pieces for a few days after they put them in). Anyway, I've been using the Intestinal cleanse formula #1 and #2 (once or twice a day to try to keep from getting sick while NOT on my diet). Anyway, I realize that this cannot have the corrective effect that it normally would if I were following the directions for diet, etc., but my tummy has been flatter than normal for the past few days (after using the cleanse products for about a week and a half). I did notice that I seemed to be expelling a lot of green yeast in the second through fifth or sixth days, so I'm sure that has something to do with the flat belly thing. Can hardly wait to get through the holidays, then I can maybe go on the real plan for this cleanse. I'm thinking juice fast. I also have dysplasia and I'm waiting for the results of my recent test to find out if it's turned to cancer. If so, then for sure a juice fast. I know you guys were talking juicers a couple of weeks ago. What was the one that was better than the Champion? Well, enough rambling. Happy Holidays. What I have been doing that seems to help is to watch the cooking shows on the Food Network. Emeril Live is a good example, he cooks very high fat with lots of oil and sugar. On the show I see the foods and ingredients that can be harmful to me and I feel good that I am not putting them into my body and causing more problems. Meanwhile the TV audience is cheering when he adds an extra 1/4 cup of oil to the recipe, it's bizarre. I am taking a vegetarian cooking class this week and my mind is more focused on this than the other food. The class includes dishes that you would not eat on a regular basis but can be prepared for special occasions and holidays. This is helpful also. If so, what have been your experiences? Robin G.
