Guest guest
Here's a simple routine your husband can try for acid reflux/GERD. I've read many testimonials about its effectiveness. http://bcn.net/~stoll/hiatus.html Barbara
Guest guest
Barbara, I belch a lot, esp when I eat too much protein, and don't seem to have much control over it. Is this acid reflux? I'm wondering if this ginger thing would help that? what do you think? thanks, emily
Guest guest
Well this is good reason to get a juicer right now, isn't it? Thanks, I hope he can do just that. Guest guest
, I had allot of belching and gas pains in my stomach after eating protein. Also I could taste it all day long. My doctor indicated that I wasn't digesting the protien and gave me a prescription for enzyemes to take. No more problem with that. I wish he could find out what else my liver isn't doing for me. Guest guest
Well most of the time acid reflux is belching with a bitter or sour taste. What could it hurt to try the ginger? Its cheap enough and natural I used a disgestive enzyme that had ginger in it and it was the best one I ever tried. It was called Gastro Calm. I think ginger has a very soothing and healing effect. Guest guest
i dont know about ginger or other things folks have tried with reflux. i know ive had a serious case of it in the past and i found out one problem was the acid and foods in my stomache could not move at normal speed out of my stomache if i was at all full in the rest of my digestive tract. so i tried using an enema when i was refluxing and it worked 100% i highly recommend it. fred
