Guest guest
There is one product I can recommend that will do wonders for constipation and that is Schulze's Intestinal Correctional Formula 1. I have used ICF 1 and 2 for bowel cleansing and can attest to how effective ICF1 can be to getting bowels moving more quickly. And if cost is an issue, I can tell you that right now (I think through the end of February) they are giving away ICF1 to anyone who asks for it. I just got a newsletter in the mail and they said they will give a bottle free with any order OR if you just call and ask for it they will send it to you. You can't beat that! If you're interested, you can call 1-800-HERB DOC and just ask for the ICF1 and tell them that the newsletter says you can have a bottle for no charge. (And no - I'm not affiliated with this product or representing it - I just wanted to recommend something that I know to be effective.) Good luck! Guest guest
To assist the enema you might try rubbing castor oil on the outside of your lower stomach, massage it in good. it will work, maybe try it in the morning & possibly by night it will work or vice versa! Good luck Mog!
Guest guest
If I were your friend, I'd buy a big bottle of ascorbic acid and do a vitamin C flush to bowel tolerance. Every half hour, you mix a teaspoon of the powder in 6 ounces of water and drink it. You continue doing this till you get loose bowel movements. It works every time and also hydrates you. Good luck, Denny > > My friend says; > > " I am completely constipated and no amount of enemas is making any > difference. The water simply doesn't go in. The suggestion I've read for a castor oil pack is to put the castor oil on white cotton/wool flannel, put plastic over that and the heating pad on top. Good luck! Guest guest
Adam, You said the water doesn't go in? What does that mean and why doesn't it? My guess is that you do not have the syringe fully inserted. Are you doing that? Have you thought of changing positions when you are giving yourself this enema? Also, you could try a small pint size enema syringe first to get used to the idea on how things work. You may find out what you are doing wrong. I have heard it tastes terrible, but works very well. Some use whiskey to help it go down better. God bless, KJ

Guest guest
She might try to address the situation from the top down with homozon. The magnesium in it is also helpful to those with cfs. The little they absorb anyway. Donna -----Original Message----- . My friend says; " I am completely constipated and no amount of enemas is making any difference. The water simply doesn't go in.
