Which ever bowel cleanser you choose, you might want to consider adding plant based digestive enzymes to your protocol. They will eat up alot of the stuff that is causing bloating and very likely give you great relief.

You also might look for a bowel cleanser that does not have stimulating herbs in it. Slippery elm helps move the bowel but not by irritating the bowel, but by making your fecal matter slippery. Hyssop is another laxative herb that is not irritating to the bowel.

Also these do not have medicinal side effects.

Also homozon moves the bowels without irritating them.

Hope that helps.

-----Original Message-----Hi,Glad to find this group! I was just researching different types of bowel cleansers and thought some of you might have some useful advice. I have been trying to do the Hulda parasite cleanse, but after a few days, my bowels stop working, I get itchy, have achy, burning skin, and get red splotches on my face and upper body. Worst of all I get uhbelievable cravings to eat lots of food (anything will do.) But the food doesn't go thru me, rather it seems to sit there building up and my whole abdomen area gets distended and very sore.I thought adding a bowel cleanser to the parsite cleanse would help things, but there are so many out there, I don't know which to try: Homozon, Homozone, Colosan, Dr. Schulze's #1 and #2.Which of these do most of you prefer...or which is the Strongest and Fastest Acting?THANKS! I appreciate any feedback!MariePSI've tried Aloe and magnesium oxide. Sometimes those work, but often they seem to add to the problem, making me even more bloated and distended. I have no idea why this happens.

Thanks Donna.

So do you prefer Homozon to Dr. Schulze's products?

Just curious.

I don't think there is a product called Homozone. The e had

been mistakenly added to the product name called Homozon.

Homozone, Colosan, Dr. Schulze...

Hi,

Glad to find this group! I was just researching different types of

bowel cleansers and thought some of you might have some useful

advice.

I have been trying to do the Hulda parasite cleanse, but after

a few days, my bowels stop working, I get itchy, have achy, burning

skin, and get red splotches on my face and upper body. Worst of all

I get uhbelievable cravings to eat lots of food (anything will do.)

But the food doesn't go thru me, rather it seems to sit there

building up and my whole abdomen area gets distended and very sore.

I thought adding a bowel cleanser to the parsite cleanse would help

things, but there are so many out there, I don't know which to try:

Homozon, Homozone, Colosan, Dr. Schulze's #1 and #2.

Which of these do most of you prefer...or which is the Strongest and

Fastest Acting?

THANKS! I appreciate any feedback!

Marie

PS

I've tried Aloe and magnesium oxide. Sometimes those work, but often

they seem to add to the problem, making me even more bloated and

distended. I have no idea why this happens.
