<< Has anyone experienced bruising when cleansing >>

====

, when I first started cleansing years ago I had that problem.

My entire calfs were blue and green, really scary.

Someone explained to me how this happens but I forgot. It was a detox

reaction. For me it was when I first started on the Sunrider Products.

Sorry I can't be more specific. Am just telling you not to worry, it too will

pass.

Sounds like a loss of Vit c and bioflavinoids. I would make sure you are

getting enough of these two items. A weak cardio vascular system is a serious

thing.

Has anyone experienced bruising when cleansing (not from physical

trauma)? I have started getting deep green bruises on the back of my

hands, and now one has developed by my eye. I remember this happened

to me once before when I was doing a lot of cleansing, it scared me

so I cut down on my cleansing.

Is this a typical reaction or significant indicator of something?

I was told mine came from detoxing. To much to soon and when I slowed down

the bruising went away.

exorbitant amounts.

A bruise is blood that has gone out of bounds. Ususally from being hit, so that

tiny vessels are broken and the pooled blood discolours and showly the body

cleans up the mess. If you have bruises and you have not been hit by anything

or bumped into anything, then the vessels have broken on their own??? Sounds

like not a good thing to me. When this happens in the brain, an anuirism

(spelling?? " ) is the result. Vitamin C is a major factor in vessel health,

and so, if the process of cleansing is using up too much vit c and you are

spontaneously bruising. . . to me that sounds like not a good thing. Not

wanting to be an alarmest. Just saying, I would up my c short term, if it was

happening to me. And bioflavinoids.

Hope that is more clear.

Blessings,

Donna

okay, I'm starting to think I might be an idiot, but what does that

have to do with bruising? Are the bruises from tears in my veins?

Well, I have never heard of it before, but I do know that we do not produce

vitamin c in our bodies. It has to come in from outside sources. Why pd would

reduce c levels, I don't know. I just know that when I am high in c and

bioflavinoids I can bump into things and get bumped into and not bruise. But

when I am low, a really mild bump will bruise.

Hi Donna,

I think there is something to this. I also have noticed that I need much

more vitamin C than usual since taking PD, (maybe 8000mg more).

God bless,

You are welcome. I would also look into horse chestnut, then. Liz shared this

with us at Excellentthings Apparently it really strengthens

the vessels and is great for spider veins and hemmorroids. When she shared then

a number of other people shared that they had used it with success also.

Sweet dreams, to all.

Thank you so much Donna,

I do have a lot of spider veins and think it likely that I do have a

weak cardiovascular system - exercise has always worn me out faster

than anyone, even as a child. I am upping my C.
