Good for you! Was it successful? I did my first one and will continue every few

weeks until I'm stone free and then twice a year. I think it's the next step

after colon cleansing and good diet.

Gee, that's no fun. C flush? Did you follow a usual recipe like Hulda s?

It's definately a drag to do, but boy seeing the stones is so well worth it! And

90% of us have 'em.

I used a non acidic vitamin c powder, you drink a glassfull every 1/2 hour

till your bowels are running clear, well i figured why eat if it's all going

to come out i'll make it easier & not eat! Wrong!!! Dr. B said it should of

done the job, i was throwing up at the end & they gave me benadryl in an iv

form. i must say that was the first hospital viist where they didnt laugh! it

took about 6 hours to do this. Mog

Wow...what an ordeal ! I'm glad you made it through okay. Thanks for

sharing that experience, as it might help someone else avoid a problem by

learning from yours.

But have you actually had hospital visits where they laughed??

me, thinking i was nuts! oh Yes!

i am writing a book about my experiences, in fact i'm going over it right

now, i need to get started, i kept a journal since 1997. i would like to have

it out this year 2002. i self published a children's book this past April.
