Guest guest
I hope I haven't offended anyone. Sometimes, I get so excited about natural healing that I may become too enthusiastic. Anyway, please let me know privately if I offend. I never intend to. Concerning product additives, which were mentioned in yesterday's posts, I was wondering if anyone has heard of the " Safe Shopper's Bible " . I saw it on one of the morning shows a few years ago, and wondered if it would be a worthwhile purchase? I'm on day 3 of my Intestinal Cleanse #1 and #2 from healthfree.com. I thought the price was really reasonable (about $50 US) and I guess you're supposed to do it for about two weeks, so I should have some product left over for later. I know folks have put lots of results on the list in the past, but I was wanting some personal encouragement, as the cleanse is somewhat uncomfortable and I don't really know what to expect entirely. I'm using one capsule of #1 at night, and #2 powder three times daily (the taste is hard to get over since I really can't use fruit juice -- candida). I think I'm going to increase the #1 to two capsules tonight, since using the #2 powder seems to have slowed me down considerably. Any personal comments to my e-mail would be greatly appreciated. Note that I've switched over to aol.com. Thanks, Kellie
